Terrace areas are centered around the sparkling 13m x 5m pool, with diving board at its deepest part. Whitewashed wooden terraces stretch across the width of the house and along the edge of the sea, dotted with fluffy sun loungers and elegant deck chairs. At the west end, the deck slopes down to form wooden benches sunk into the rock, an idyllic spot to watch the sun set into the golden sea at the end of a perfect Ibizan day.

Follow the deck around the perimeter of the plot and you will discover quiet chill-out corners overlooking the blue Balearic sea. On an upper terrace, a wooden roof shelters an open-air dining area, seating eighteen diners, with beautiful sea views.

Towards the beach, a rustic shelter houses another outdoor dining table, with seating for sixteen, a pizza oven and a barbecue.
The house itself is a low, angular construction of white plastered walls that plunge into the cliff and huge sliding glass doors that maximize the impact of the ocean views. Inside, washed-out bedding and wood-toned furnishings rub shoulders with bright tiles and walls in earthy tones of gold and black travertine.

The open-plan living room extends from the formal dining room, which seats sixteen, to the living room with plush sofas, home theater with digital projector and winter fireplace, to a sleek kitchen with breakfast bar and state-of-the-art appliances.

Along the wooden deck, you can enjoy the private spa facilities. These include a steam room, massage tables, cliff-top Jacuzzi and an elegant gym with stunning ocean views.

A spacious game room offers a variety of entertainment, from ping pong, billiards and foosball to vintage arcade machines.

The cool, relaxed style in washed-out colors and earthy stone continues in the six serene bedrooms. The accommodations are versatile enough to suit groups of couples or families.

Guests can make use of a range of vehicles during their stay.
