The house offers complete privacy and incredible views over the entire northwest of Ibiza and on the horizon the silhouettes of Mallorca in the north and the Spanish mainland in the west. On 345 days of the year, guests will enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the sea.

The villa has five suites – each with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, Daiking A/C, TV, minibar, safe and private terrace. The spacious master suite also has a private Jacuzzi, steam bath, double shower and separate dressing room. On the first floor the house has a large living room with comfortable designer furniture – sliding windows to extend the living room to the pool terrace on the east and a dining terrace on the west. The living room includes an open kitchen-living room equipped with an induction wok, teppanyaki, induction stove, microwave and an espresso machine. Behind a door a professional kitchen provides space and all the equipment for a private chef or caterer.

The centerpiece of the house is a three-level tower – the upper level, a fully equipped office is directly connected to the large 150 square meter roof terraces. On the west and north side of the house are beautifully landscaped gardens. Next to a petanque, table tennis and billiards terrain, the huge north garden offers a spacious wooden terrace with professional barbecue and a large table for up to 12 people.

The house is equipped with a Bose sound system, WiFi and alarm system. The next beach is available in 7 minutes by car; Santa Gertrudis with stores and excellent restaurants in 15 minutes, the port of Ibiza in 27 minutes and the airport in 30 minutes by car.
