Villa Flamenca is a fabulous family Villa that has recently been completely refurbished and offers bright and spacious accommodation and the most spectacular sea views, a private swimming pool and landscaped garden; all within walking distance to the best beaches in Marbella and with amenities on the doorstep – All you could ever want for your holidays in Marbella!

This beautiful 5 bedroomed Villa is located in one of the finest suburbs of Marbella: Las Chapas – with a short distance to supermarkets and restaurants and a short walk to Marbella’s golden beaches and various beach bars and restaurants.

The Villa has a private driveway entrance with an automatic gate and private parking for 2 cars.

Upon entering the house, you are wowed by the amazing views of the garden and pool with the Mediterranean Sea as the backdrop. Past the entrance hall and guest toilet, you have the split living room with a feature log burner and a flat-screen TV on one side and a second seating area to the other. The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted, benefitting from a breakfast table.

Downstairs, there is a twin room with a shower room, and a TV lounge.
Back upstairs, there is a double bedroom that features a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a wonderful walk-in tropical rain shower.

To the left of the living room there is a twin room and a further double bedroom that share a bathroom.

From the living room there is direct access to the terrace, garden and pool area.
From the terrace, there is a spiral staircase that leads you up to the new and very special Master Suite…. This stunning space features an amazing retractable roof – perfect for sleeping under the stars! There are large picture windows allowing you to soak up the views from all angles. There is a small private terrace here too. The Suite benefits from a walk-in closet, a small kitchenette, and a lovely circular ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

On the main terrace, which is covered, you will find a large outdoor dining table where you can enjoy the great views over the sea and the swimming pool. LED lit wooden decking stairs lead you to the pool and sun loungers.

Next to the pool, there is a bar with a fridge and a BBQ which is the perfect place for the real holiday feeling during the sunny hours of the day or for a relaxed evening drink. The manicured garden surrounds the house and you will find fruit trees and various colourful tropical flowering shrubs.

All bedrooms have individual Aircon units and there is strong wifi throughout the villa.

In terms of location, the villa is in a great area for those that do not like to sit still as most of Marbella’s prime attractions are within easy range. The nearby beaches of Elviria, Cabo Pino and Las Chapas are known for the various beach restaurants, bars and even the world-famous Nikki Beach. Furthermore, Cabo Pino port offers a variety of water sports so there is plenty of amusement for everyone.

Elviria is known for its charming centre as well as the wide selection of restaurants and bars. With a choice of over 50 different restaurants, various supermarkets and many bars, it is one of the most popular areas in Marbella.
With the Marbella Country Club and Golf, Santa Maria Golf Club and Santa Clara Golf Club you have some of Marbella’s finest golf clubs all within a 5-minute drive.
Also, you are very centrally located for the aqua parks of Mijas and Torremolinos, Marbella’s Funny Beach with karting and trampolines as well as the Selwo animal park.

For those that enjoy playing tennis, the urbanisation shares a tennis court that can be accessed and used free of charge. It is located just a 5-minute walk down the street.

Finally, it is good to know that there is a supermarket right at the bottom of the street at just a 3-minute walk.
