This fabulous villa with capacity for 10 people is located in the Can Furnet neighborhood, very close to the town of Jesús and the center of Ibiza.

The villa is distributed over two floors and has a total of 5 double bedrooms.

Access to the house is from the first floor, where we find the living-dining room with Smart TV and access to a large terrace with an outdoor dining area, lounge area and sun loungers. Also where you can see beautiful views and fantastic sunsets. Open and fully equipped kitchen. 2 double bedrooms with matrimonial bed and 2 separate bathrooms.
Going down some stairs, on the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms. 2 of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. And a third double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower located in the corridor. A small gym area, a small lounge and access to the pool area.

The pool area is practically surrounded by trees and has sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The villa has air conditioning, alarm, safe, washer and dryer and parking for 2 cars.
