This exclusive four-bedroom three-bathroom apartment is in Barcelona’s fashionable and very central Eixample area, just near chic Passeig de Gràcia with its stunning Gaudí buildings and top designer stores. The reception is open from Monday to Sunday. The apartment is very spacious and ideally designed for large groups. The shared rooftop terrace has a plunge pool and is great to chill out.

The space

This five-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment is perfectly located in one of the most central areas of Barcelona, very close to the elegant Paseo de Gracia, with the famous Gaudi buildings and countless designer shops.

Very spacious and full of natural light. It has daily cleaning, 24 hour reception, heating and air conditioning. It also has free Wi-Fi connection, TV with international channels and an independent audio system in the living room and the master bedroom, as well as a coverage service for its bedrooms. The double glazing guarantees complete soundproofing at all times. Thanks to its size, the apartment is perfectly suitable for large groups (up to a total of nine people) and families, whether they are travelling with their children or wish to have a high-end place to spend their holidays with their friends.

The apartment has two bedrooms with wonderful XXL double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom, have single beds that can be arranged as a double bed. The fifth bedroom has a single bed. Three of the five bedrooms have small balconies overlooking the elegant Via Augusta. All guests will have the option of choosing their own type of pillow. In addition, they will also be able to enjoy the magnificent feeling of sleeping on 400-thread Egyptian cotton sheets.

Apart from the five bedrooms, there is also a large and bright living room with a perfectly designed dining room, allowing you to enjoy a perfect dinner with several people. In addition to the modern decoration, comfortable beds and beautifully designed furniture, the apartment also has a magnificent selection of artwork that gives it a very special touch.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and is perfectly suited to whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a more elaborate meal. The reception is open from Monday to Sunday. Check-in is from 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am.

City tax:

*It has to be paid upon arrival.
