This flat is located on an outside 6th floor, with a wonderful terrace in north orientation, where you can appreciate the beautiful sunsets of Madrid. From there it opens to the large living room which integrates the dining room, the kitchen and the terrace. At the end on the right is the bedroom with single beds and on the left the master bedroom. The living room has a comfortable grey 3-seater sofa, some pouffes, a white coffee table, a modern fireplace and an intelligent extra large flat screen TV. The dining room has a round glass table for 6 people with grey chairs, and a modern sideboard with mirror.

The kitchen has white built-in furniture and is fully equipped with all the latest and most advanced technology appliances, and all the household goods and utensils that guests may need during their stay. It has a dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, built-in kitchenette, oven, washing machine/dryer, and a ceiling hood.

The master bedroom has a KING bed (2.00×2.00m) with leather headboards, bedside tables and a comfortable grey cloth armchair. It has large built-in wardrobes in the entrance corridor and a large modern mirror in wood that rests on the entrance wall. There is a large bathroom with a glazed cabin. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90×1.90), with its bedside table, a chair and a reading table. Both bedrooms face outside, with double glazed windows to completely isolate the noise of the city. The entire floor has a wooden floor, except for the slab in the bathrooms.

It is also a few minutes walk from the Goya area.
The flat is very well communicated with the rest of the city as it has excellent transport connections, with the Núñez de Balboa metro station three streets away, as well as several bus stops. It is surrounded by authentic and traditional places that are part of the daily life of the Madrid resident.
