Helios Monet is located in the countryside surrounded by agricultural properties, giving it a serene and quiet environment. It has a modern swimming pool which is beautifully illuminated at night, with incredible views of the famous Pere Seda’s vineyards. The nearest town, Manacor is a quick 5-minute drive and offers several supermarkets, traditional produce markets, restaurants, bars and shops. The Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy and Sports Centre is also located in the town and offers top sports facilities and its renowned museum.

Outside at Helios Monet, the well maintained gardens are filled with palm trees, olive trees, and many different kinds of fruit trees, while the 10m x 5.5m swimming pool boasting a shallow area for relaxation and enjoyment for the little ones, is surrounded by immaculate lawns and stone flooring. There are many terraces on which to enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun, equipped with luxurious outdoor seating, as well as several ‘al fresco’ dining areas.

Inside, the living areas are comfortably furnished, featuring sumptuous sofas in the living room, a generous dining area, and the two kitchens (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) are fully equipped with all silverware, dinnerware, and appliances necessary for your enjoyment and can easily accommodate groups of twelve or more. The residence has six large bedrooms all equipped with dedicated heating and air conditioning.

Helios Monet is just minutes away from other beach towns for example, Porto Cristo (6 miles away), S’Illot (8 miles away), Sa Coma (10 miles away), and many more. In the port of Porto Cristo, you can enjoy boat rentals, scuba diving, boat excursions, and the best terraces and restaurants of the region.
