Recently refurbished, beautifully styled, bright, and modern apartment right next to the La Quinta golf course! In the Benahavis hills above Marbella, this apartment is a lovely and cosy spot to unwind and truly relax.
The apartment opens up into an open-plan living, dining room and kitchen with glass doors that lead you out into the lovely terrace and garden. The living room is snug and has a big flat-screen TV across the wall which sits adjacent to the kitchen area. This is made up of two separate pieces creating ample space to explore your favourite recipes. The dining table sits by the glass windows receiving plenty of light – great for a dining experience in natural light, as well as with a cool breeze in the evenings with the terrace doors open.
The first bedroom is situated by the entrance, it is the ideal room for the little ones as it has a bunk bed built into the wall. The second bedroom sits on the right-hand side of the hallway after the kitchen with a comfortable double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a bathtub/shower. The Master Bedroom sits on the left-hand side of the hallway, once again sitting snugly with a lovely double bed and of course it’s ensuite bathroom fitted with a standing shower.
In the terrace and gardens, you get plenty of sunlight beaming down which complements the greenery. There is also a little lounge area with a parasol umbrella in case you’d like a little shade while you read. We have a neat charcoal grill on wheels to have a fun family barbeque in the garden as well!

The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool accessible during the summer months of the year. There is onsite parking for one car.
Casa Las Terrazas is located in the La Quinta area on the border of Benahavis and Marbella. It is a wonderful residential area with quick access to local Golf Clubs as well as the Aloha strip and Puerto Banus being no more than a 10 minute drive away.
