The apartment boasts a fascinating modern elegance that combines the latest trends in interior design and lighting. It’s spectacular natural light invades most of the rooms through translucent glass that has been incorporated into the design. Its 80 m2 are composed of an open space living room – kitchen area fully equipped with high-end household appliances, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (with underfloor heating) and dressing room.

The kitchen is connected to the living room by a made to measure island-table where guests can enjoy a family meal or catch up with some work. There is a gas fireplace in the living room which is the perfect spot for reading a good book or enjoying a glass of wine while admiring Casa Batlló just across the street. It is decorated with designer furniture and artwork throughout.

Our rates include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels (from Monday to Friday).

Amenities: Bulgari bath soaps, shampoo and shower gel.

Parking: In Paseo de Gracia there is a public car park open 24 hours a day with security service, just a few meters from the flat.

Minimum stay 32 nights – 80 m2 – 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms en suite

Services included:

Check-in: Our friendly staff will welcome you to your flat. Check in is between 2:00 p.m. and 8 p.m. (late check in and check in on Sundays entails an extra 30 ? + VAT).

Fully equipped flats: Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning / heating, lift in the building.

Weekly cleaning: For stays of more than 7 nights, we include a cleaning (from Monday to Friday) with change of sheets and towels. If you wish an extra cleaning, this entails a fee of 60 ? + VAT for 2.5 hours and does not include change of sheets and towels

Extra services:

Baby kit: do you have small children? Don’t worry, we can provide you with a highchair, a cot, a night light and a mash mixer. (this entails an extra charge of 90 euros + VAT).

Fitness lovers: do you want to keep fit during your visit to Barcelona? Let us introduce you to a personal trainer who will get you in shape and burn all those tapas or take advantage of the city’s local gyms.

Concierge service: take advantage of your stay in Barcelona. The concierge service will help you with tickets to attractions and events, restaurant reservations, transfers, personal chef, show cooking, personal shopper, babysitting service, luxury picnic, day trips and everything else!
