The exposed brick wall is adorned with a Japanese neon sign, personalized with Ukio’s motto “Live where you want, when you want”. Opposite the leather sofa you’ll find more space offered by closets, as well as a clandestine bathroom that, freshly painted, has a washer and dryer hidden behind a curtain. The floor-to-ceiling glass door leads to the outdoor patio, complete with dining area.

The hallway has a bench with two versatile poufs. On the other side of the patio there is a dressing room and a full bathroom that includes a closet with custom-made sliding doors, as well as a vanity.

Ascending the staircase leads to the second bedroom, with a large mirror and accommodated with a custom-made wooden bed frame inspired by Japanese tatami mats.

The master bedroom features high ceilings and, above the headboard of the bed, an exclusive piece of straw. It also has multiple closets with large wooden handles and an ensuite bathroom.

The second level of the apartment is a dedicated work area, overlooking the courtyard and adorned with plants.

In addition, as an added extra, this floor houses a cinema room with projector and roll-up screen, which can be enjoyed from a very comfortable bed. This space is completed by bookshelves as a bookcase.
