This fascinating apartment with a “Boho-chic” style of the 70’s that wraps a modern and cozy space full of beautiful design pieces.  As soon as we enter we find a spacious, beautiful and very bright living room, through a large glassed-in gallery we have access to the enormous 55m2 terrace with a chillout area and outside gas heater for those winter nights. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a bath en suite, a large dressing room and access to the terrace. There is a double bedroom with either a queen size bed or 2 twin size beds at the guest’s choice and an additional bedroom with a twin size bed. A bathroom with shower. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a bar-table (6 stools) is ideal for informal lunches and dinners.  In addition, you will find a work area.

Environment

It is located in the heart of Barcelona, just 100 meters from Paseo de Gracia and retains some of its original elements such as high ceilings decorated in the early twentieth century. The authenticity is undoubtedly provided by its bohemian touches, the luxury of its fabrics and its references to contemporary art.

One of the main avenues of Barcelona and one of the most famous in Catalonia, due to its tourist importance, commercial areas, businesses and a great showcase of outstanding works of Modernist architecture, such as the buildings of the architects Antoni Gaudí and Lluís Domènech i Montaner, declared World Heritage. The avenue is located in the central part of the city, Barcelona’s Eixample, and connects Plaça de Catalunya in the east with Carrer Major de Gràcia in the west.
