It is located on a first floor outside with large windows facing the street. The decoration is distinguished by its modern furniture in neutral tones with touches of greenish colour and a careful attention to detail. Access to the flat is through a hall that opens to the right to the open space of the living / dining room, very bright through its two windows to the street. The living room has a large white sofa with three seats, two green armchairs and a glass coffee table with a bronze base, side tables and a white carpet. The dining room has an oval marble table for six people, with 4 chairs in fabric and at the back a long armchair for two people in dark grey. Some beautiful and modern glass lamps hang from the ceiling. The back wall has a wallpaper with very striking leaves and flowers that match the whole atmosphere to give a fresh and cosy touch. It has an elegant metal and glass bar table that gives a lot of personality to the space.

The kitchen is in white with pretty bronze handles and a bluish wall in the background. It is separated from the living/dining room by two open spaces and an intermediate wall that houses Mexican decorative motifs and a shelf. The open-plan kitchen hides all the top-of-the-line appliances that the guest may need and is fully equipped. There is also a white wall unit for storing kitchen utensils.

The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living/dining room. The corridor to the bedrooms has a second full bathroom in black and grey, with a glass shower cubicle and a large round mirror. The master bedroom is at the beginning of the corridor and has a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with a fabric headboard, two bedside tables and an attractive black and white background wallpaper. It has a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower cubicle and a large wooden bathroom cabinet. The second bedroom is at the end of the corridor and has a single trundle bed with a modern bedside table and a large wardrobe.

The flat has central air conditioning and radiator heating. The floor of the whole flat is made of wood, which gives a cosy atmosphere to the whole space, except for the bathrooms which are made of slabs.
