The apartment is located a few meters from the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor, and on Sundays the neighborhood is full of life thanks to the traditional flea market El Rastro. It will not leave you indifferent to its modern and wide style, which provides comfort to all guests who are in the apartment.

Fully connected to the living room and dining room, you Will find everything you need for your stay: fridge and freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine and of course a variety of pans, pots and cutlery.

This apartment is in one of the most varied and multicultural area of the city; full of small traditional shops we find artisan items, second-hand stores, flower stalls that color their squares and even big clothing brands. But if you want to know the most famous purchases in the neighborhood you have to visit the Mercado de la Cebada, one of the largest food markets, and El Rastro, the famous flea market that takes place every Sunday in the capital.

Dining

La Latina neighborhood offers a wide gastronomic offer, from the renowned Casa Lucio and its “huevos estrellados”, to all the bars that are divided between Cava Baja and Cava Alta and that display their terraces in summer. Two perfect routes for lover of traditional food.
