The urbanisation has large mature tropical gardens, with a river running through providing a lovely space for walks. There is a communal pool to enjoy too.
This beautiful apartment is located in Elviria and is located at merely a 20 min walk from the finest sand beaches of Marbella as well as some of its best beach restaurants and bars. Elviria is known for its charming centre as well as the wide selection of restaurants and bars. With a choice of over 50 different restaurants, various supermarkets and many bars in the area it is one of the most popular areas in Marbella. On the beach you will also find plenty to do with various beach restaurants, bars and even the world-famous Nikki Beach. Furthermore, there is a place where you can do water sports so there’s plenty to do for everyone.
Casa Manantial is very close to the Santa Maria Golf Course and a 10-minute car journey to the west will take you to Marbella centre where you can enjoy the Old Town. A 15-minute car journey to the east you will find the bustling town of Fuengirola which also offers a charming Old Town and various shopping centres and beautiful beaches.
