Lhasa de Sela is an exclusive private estate 20 minutes from Madrid, a special enclave that enjoys spectacular views of the Sierra de Guadarrama.

The house transports us to the comfort of authentic country estates, whose careful decoration and details remind us of the best English country houses. This house has a great history of several generations, but adapted to current needs, and whose details reach excellence. To stay at Lhasa de Sela is to feel for a few hours or days in your own country house. Being served fresh lemonade, having the fireplace lit, being offered tea after a long walk or simply having your towels ready for a swim in the pool are some of the pleasures you will find at Lhasa de Sela.

Just twenty minutes from Madrid, the vegetation of Lhasa de Sela envelops you and transports you to life in the countryside.

A shady grove of trees and a manicured hedge frame the swimming pool of this estate with panoramic mountain views. Start each day with freshly cooked breakfast, then play on the soccer field and choose from one of 3 outdoor dining areas for grilled dining. A game room, media room, and fireplace keep things cozy on the otherwise formal grounds, and it’s only 20 miles to Madrid.

ACCOMMODATION

The house is ideal for families, getaways with friends and weekend retreats and vacation periods. The main house has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 18 people. There is also a guest house attached to the main house with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is the possibility of renting the house for a minimum number of nights, including daily breakfast and cleaning service. La Lhasa de Sela has different spaces for enjoyment and relaxation, very pleasant when a large group stays in the house.

EVENTS

There are endless possibilities and spaces within the farm where you can organize a mouse event, a photo shoot, a shooting or a product presentation.
Depending on the event you want to organize, we will advise you on the best arrangement of the spaces.

THE PAVILION: it is a building independent from the house located in the garden, which has large windows from which you can appreciate the countryside and nature. It has high ceilings and a projector and screen to complement any meeting. Decorated like the living room of a large country house, this unique space is presided over by two large fireplaces, making it a cozy and original place to organize any meeting or presentation. The space has 250 m2 and the meeting area is 190 m2. Ideal for events between 100 and 150 people. To consult.

This area has a small office, toilets and terrace where you can organize a coffee break.

MAIN HOUSE:

WORKSHOP ROOM: located in the main house there is a multipurpose room connected to the main kitchen of the house ideal for showcooking events, workshops or dining room, for a maximum of 25 people if it is for lunch or dinner or 20 if it is a workshop .

KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM: the house has a beautiful typical English kitchen with several pieces of furniture connected. Between the dining room, the office-games room and the workshop classroom, it can accommodate up to 77 people seated for lunch and dinner, originally for the different connected environments.
o Main dining room with fireplace: 20 people.
o Office: 20 people.
o Games room: 12 people.
o Workshop room: 25 people.

ROOMS OF THE HOUSE: In addition to the workshop, kitchen and adjoining classroom areas, ideal for lunches and dinners, the house has large living rooms with several fireplaces, perfect for organizing meetings or lunches and dinners when an authentic and exclusive country house atmosphere is desired. The main floor of the house can be rented for events.

GARDENS AND PORCHES: when the weather is nice, Lhasa de Sela offers many places to organize activities: a cocktail or breakfast in the pool gardens, a dinner on the terrace and pergola overlooking the mountains and countryside, or even teambuilding activities in the different esplanades among pine trees.
