Linda Rita is the perfect 6 bedroom villa for those who appreciate luxury, relaxation and the serene beauty of the Andalusia region of Spain. The villa has been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard, with modern and fashionable artwork and fittings, and many outstanding extras. It is bright, spacious and equipped with all the comforts you could look for on your vacation.

Situated on Paradise Hill overlooking the golf course, 15 minutes from Marbella and 10 minutes from Puerto Banus, Villa Feliz enjoys phenomenal sea, golf and mountain views.

From the entrance hall (with guest toilet), you will find the living room with a dining table, a large sofa, a fireplace, a TV and access to the large main terrace, as well as a second terrace which has a small table and chairs.

All terraces have incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea all the way to Gibraltar and Africa.

The open kitchen has a breakfast bar and is elegantly fitted in black. There is access to the main terrace which has an outdoor dining table, a barbecue and a sitting corner overlooking the pool.

Also on the entry level are two bedrooms; both with a double bed and TV. They share a bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs is the master suite with an en-suite bathroom with a double shower. The bedroom has great open views, which can also be enjoyed from the large Fatboy hammock on the terrace.

There is a large upper terrace with an outdoor seating area, a super hanging chair, and a dining table. Southwest facing, the terrace enjoys plenty of sunshine and unlimited open views.

There is a second bedroom on this level, with two twin beds, a desk with open views, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Downstairs is where the entertaining takes place. There is a living room with a piano, a second sitting area and a kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher.

There is a bedroom/office with a desk and sofa (which can be converted into a double bed) and an en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower – ideal for working remotely!

There is a lovely Yoga/Training room and an amazing Cinema Room with ceiling speakers, providing impressive surround sound.

Also on this level is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub.

And there is also a large laundry room with washer and dryer.

From the first floor lounge, you have another terrace with lounge/chillout furniture including 6 sun loungers, and a large, 3 person, 2.5m wide Ocean Club style bed…perfect for relaxing watching the action by the pool!

From here you step down to the manicured garden and pool. The pool area has 100% privacy, not a single view of other houses, and has a beautiful wooden deck (great for not burning your feet on hot summer days!) There is a shower, 4 sun loungers, a round lounger, and a fabulous bar area. The pool has distinctive black tiles and the option to heat in the winter. There is also a large trampoline in the garden.

The villa is equipped with Sonos, has hot/cold air conditioning, and strong wifi. The terraces also have ceiling fans and wall mounted heaters – ideal for al fresco dining in summer or winter evenings.

There is covered parking for 3 cars.

The location is of the villa is close to amenities, yet peaceful and quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. It is only a short drive to some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Make the 5 minute drive to San Pedro for a relaxing afternoon on the golden beaches, or the 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus. There is a golf course a few hundred meters away, and all amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants just over a kilometer away.
