Villa Aguacate is a lovely, welcoming home sat snug in the very tranquil residential area of El Paraiso. With a refurbished interior, this house is a sweet getaway for those guests seeking peace, quiet, comfort and true relaxation.

The villa is decorated with a perfect blend of Andalucian taste and some more modern flavours to accompany it. It is bright, spacious and equipped with all you would need to enjoy your holiday.

The villa has an amazing sense of space with different areas and things to do. Whether you will be cooking up a good meal at the outdoor barbeque, playing basketball in the driveway, even football in the garden, or just taking a cool down dip in the pool. This villa has it all for the whole family to enjoy.

Upon entry, you are immediately welcomed by the living room which overlooks the beautiful terrace, garden and pool area. It opens directly to the covered terrace which is the perfect place for morning breakfasts and late-evening al fresco dining.

The living room has a big SMART TV, perfect for family movie nights. The kitchen sits on your right-hand side and is complete with all you need to explore your favourite recipes before serving them up in the dining area which sits beside the kitchen.

To the left-hand side, you can settle down and turn on your productivity mode within the workspace area which has a desk and rolling chair that looks out into the gardens. You will also find 2 bedrooms on this side of the house, both of which are 180cm beds, and they share a bathroom which sits between them which has a long bathtub/shower. Both of these rooms have SMART TV’s mounted on the walls.

On the top floor you will find two more bedrooms, making a “Family Floor”. The first has a 140cm bed and a desk workspace. The second is the master bedroom which is very large and features a walk-in closet to the end of it, a private terrace with lovely views and of course a fantastic bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bathtub and standing shower. Once again, both rooms have SMART wall mounted TV’s.

The location of the villa is close to amenities, yet peaceful and quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. It is only a short drive from some of the best beaches along the Costa del Sol. Make the 10-minute trip to San Pedro for a relaxed afternoon on the golden sand-beaches, or the 15-minute drive to Puerto Banús to stroll the boardwalk and play in the warm, shallow water. There is a golf course just a kilometre and a half away, and all amenities like supermarkets and restaurants are no more than a 10 minute drive.
