Upon entering the villa, you have the open plan living / dining room with original parquet flooring, a double bedroom with TV and bathroom (with accessibility facilities) and a guest wc. The kitchen has been fully renovated and has a central island bar, a very large fridge/freezer and a professional coffee machine.

There is access to the patio and pool from the dining area and kitchen.

The patio has several seating and dining areas and sun loungers. The pool has the option to be heated in the winter months.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom;
There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a small terrace and access, via external stairs, to the pool and main patio.
