This villa is perfect for those who want to stay centrally but still have the secluded privacy that an independent villa provides. Villa Merengue is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area in the heart of the Golf Valley, within walking distance to many popular restaurants and supermarkets.

The house has a lovely garden with a large pool that benefits from sunshine from morning to evening. There are also lovely, covered seating areas for those who would prefer a break from the summer sun. An additional feature is a 5-person jacuzzi.

Villa Merengue has a traditional Andalusian charm with a touch of Scandinavia with its interior design style. On the upper level there is a Master Bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, and 2 further twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom with tub.

The upper floor has a large terrace, with a lovely view of the pool and garden as well as the surrounding houses and palm trees.

On the entrance level there is a double bedroom (twin beds) and en suite bathroom with a shower and double sinks. There is also a guest bathroom.

The kitchen is separate and has everything you could possibly need; coffee maker, Nespresso machine, juicer, toaster, dishwasher & washing machine.

The open-plan living room has a dining area for 8 people, a group of sofas and armchairs, and a large TV with a choice of international channels. The living room opens to the terrace with an outdoor dining table for 8 people in the shade and a lounge area. Adjacent to the grill is an additional dining area with built-in benches.

The villa is equipped with and alarm, Wifi, and air con throughout. (The bedrooms also have ceiling fans.) There is space for two cars on the driveway.

Villa Merengue has an ideal location in Aloha in Nueva Andalucia within close proximity to Puerto Banús (30 min walk or 5 min drive) and just a few minutes’ drive from San Pedro and the lovely new Boulevard area and beautiful sandy beaches. Marbella old town and Estepona Port are only a few kilometres away. Furthermore, there is a supermarket within walking distance.

For the golf lovers, it may be good to know that not only are you on the doorstep of Los Naranjos Golf Club, but Las Brisas, Aloha and Magna Marbella Clubs are very close by.
