It has easy access to the main road which takes you to Puerto Banús in one direction, with its glamour, chic shops and restaurants and to the town of Estepona to the west, a buzzing town with tapas bars and plazas, each within merely a 10-minute drive. Furthermore, you are very close to the prestigious Villa Padierna Golf Resort with its 3 golf courses and Beach and Racquet club. These facilities are open to outside guests allowing for great 5* facilities just around the corner.

When going down to the beach you will find that there is a boardwalk that allows you to stroll alongside the beach for nice morning or sunset walks. Also, you will find that there are several great beach restaurants and bars in this particular area.

The Penthouse is spacious, bright and features 3 large terraces. It is comprised of an open plan living/dining area that leads to a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. There are 3 double bedrooms, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom.
