Located just minutes from San Juan, in a very private setting, this authentic 300-year-old estate has been restored so that the stone walls and original Sabina wood ceilings create an eclectic mix with modern and traditional furnishings and other modern features such as air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi.

The living areas are open plan and include a wonderfully bright dining room, a sitting area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a lounge that opens onto a covered outdoor sitting area with comfortable sofas.

By the pool, you will find shaded areas created by various types of trees and several terraces for sunbathing while enjoying the magnificent panoramic views of the countryside and the Mediterranean in the distance.

The pool house has a fully equipped kitchen with barbecue, gas grill, dishwasher and a large stone table with seating for 14 people – ideal for long relaxing evenings of dining at home. There is also a huge garden with many quiet hideaway spots.

All rooms and bathrooms have been completely remodeled to the highest standards and all have air conditioning. Most rooms are set around a Moroccan courtyard with mosaic tiles and a central fountain.

It is the perfect getaway for several families, close to the island’s most beautiful beaches and some of the best nightlife restaurants.
