The Bulthaup designed kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality appliances and features 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and a coffee machine. There is a laundry area with Miele appliances (2 washers and 2 dryers, a wine cooler, and a freezer).

Villa Oro offers high-speed internet, Apple TV, IPTV, Satellite TV, Bose Surround system, a full security system with cameras, Domotics and automatic lighting, Underfloor heating, and hot/cold air conditioning.

Additionally, there is a Property Manager on site (not live in but present during the day) to take care of the full and daily maintenance.

Full cleaning service of the entire villa, the garden, the swimming pool, security check, keeping the keys and all necessary paperwork, washing and ironing, ordering and delivering groceries, hiring extra staff, mail management service, reservation of tickets for events, bookings in restaurants or your own cook at home can all be quoted for and arranged.
