Olea Maris is a spacious villa in Roca Llisa encompassing immediate views to Ibiza’s only golf course, and onwards to the sea.

This spacious and cozy house of 400 m2 is located in the much sought-after urbanisation of Roca Llisa. Olea Maris boasts superb views of Golf De Ibiza on one side and the sea and Formentera on the other side.

Spacious terraces surround the dreamy swimming pool where there are numerous sun loungers on which to relax and catch some Balearic sun. Adjacent to the pool is a covered dining area seating 6 guests which provides access via floor-to-ceiling windows to the bright indoor living areas.

The Interior comprises of a large living room with fireplace, TV and sumptuous sofas. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area seating 4 guests with access to the pool terrace.

There are 3 double bedrooms all fully air conditioned with en-suite bathrooms.

Olea Maris sits in an idyllic location on the east coast of Ibiza. It’s a short drive from some of the best beaches in Ibiza and around a 20-minute drive from the airport. While the trendy bars, restaurants and clubs of Ibiza Town are just a 10-minute drive away.

Bedroom 2
First Floor – King size bed, TV, air conditioning, access to terrace. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3
First Floor – King size bed, TV, air conditioning, access to terrance. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Includes

Cleaning 2 hours a day (except Sundays).
Bedding change once a week for stays longer than 7 nights.
Towels changed once a week.
