Luxurious property in the centre of Madrid, with capacity for 10 guests. Close to Plaza de las Descalzas and the Monasterio de las Descalzas. Only 3 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol to enjoy the pleasure of visiting Madrid on foot. Next to the Opera House and 5 minutes from the Royal Palace of Madrid.

Completely renovated house. It is perfect to rest. Thought for the comfort and rest of the guests with its wide rooms, high ceilings and a lot of natural light. It has four bedrooms, three of them with single beds. Two of them can be fitted with an extra bed, and the last bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm. It has two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a rest area dedicated to reading.

It has a large living room, a meeting place for the whole family. The main room is wide and luminous, equipped with a 180 cm double bed that guarantees rest. Coat hangers, a paraban to arrange the clothes and supports to leave the suitcases. There are three other comfortable and functional bedrooms. They are bright, with two single beds each. The beds can be joined together to become a comfortable queen-size bed where you can get strength for the next day.

If you don’t want to eat out, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any kind of food. You will enjoy the peace of mind of eating at home. It has a fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, extractor fan, coffee maker, dishwasher, … And of course kitchenware and utensils sufficient for 10 people.

In the two cosy bathrooms, equipped with a shower tray, you will find hand soap, gel and shampoo.

Environment

Located in the Los Austrias neighborhood, next to Puerta del Sol there are many taverns and other incredible places to try authentic Spanish tapas. Like for example Casa Labra or Lhardy. If you are a gourmet, you are in luck because in the corner there is La Terraza del Casino, a restaurant with two Michelin stars by the chef Paco Roncero.

Given its location, right in the city centre, you are within walking distance of one of Madrid’s shopping areas such as Calle Fuencarral. You will find shops like Michael Kors, Custo Barcelona, Adolfo Dominguez, El Ganso, Levi’s, … In Gran Vía you will find Desigual, Zara, H&M, the official Real Madrid store. And in Puerta del Sol there is the Apple Store next to large stores like El Corte Inglés or Fnac.

Some of the best international museums are very close to the apartment. Just a 15 minute walk (or 5 minutes by taxi) is the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Bornemisza and very close to these you will find the Reina Sofia Museum. You will be surrounded by many of Madrid’s most important landmarks: the Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Palace and its gardens, the Temple of Debod, etc.
