It`s located on the third floor of a beautiful historical building completely remodelled, in the heart of the historic centre of Madrid.

The Salon

The spacious living room is the crown jewel of the flat. It has a Home Cinema system with an HD projector and a 150” screen that will delight the whole family. Connected to it is a Playstation 4 with various games and Netflix, with which you can enjoy a wide range of films and television series. The comfortable and elegant Kibuc sofas complete the living area, while the dining area is presided over by a spectacular Kibuc table with a capacity for 8 people, which can be extended to accommodate up to 10 people.

The room also has an office with a table where up to four people can work at the same time, or where the children can colour or paint their drawings.

About our beds

We value your rest very much, so all our beds are designed to the highest standards of comfort. All the mattresses are made of the latest generation of Italian viscoelastic, manufactured with hypoallergenic materials, just like all the bedding.

This second master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom in the corridor leading to the bedroom, with a very large shower. The room is decorated in a retro style and has a double bed of 180 x 200 cm.
A CORNER FOR THE LITTLE ONES
Double room A

This beautiful room has a simple design that is intended for children. It has an en-suite bathroom and two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm.
A NICE CLEAN DESIGN
Double Room B

This room of minimalist design, has two single beds of 90 x 190 cm that can be used separately or joined to make a bed of 180 x 200 cm. It has a private bathroom just outside the room and a built-in wardrobe.
FOR THE LITTLE ONES AND THE NOT SO LITTLE ONES
Room with bunk beds

This room has been specially designed and decorated for children and teenagers, but as it has a bunk bed with two 90 x 190 cm beds, it can also be used by adults perfectly. This room is next to the corridor and the kitchen.

The Kitchen

The flat has a large kitchen that is fully equipped, including a table for breakfast or a snack. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or a meal with your family or friends: fridge and freezer, induction hob with 3 burners, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Italian coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, and of course a wide variety of pans, pots and pans and cutlery.

Shopping
Given its location, right in the centre of the city, you are a short distance from one of Madrid’s shopping areas such as Calle Fuencarral where there are shops such as Michael Kors, Custo Barcelona, Adolfo Dominguez, El Ganso, Levi’s, etc. or in Gran Vía where you will find Desigual, Zara, H&M, the official Real Madrid shop. In Puerta del Sol there is the Apple Store and next door there are large shops such as El Corte Inglés or Fnac.

Eat
In this neighbourhood – Los Austrias – and next to Puerta del Sol there are many taverns and many other incredible places if you want to try authentic Spanish tapas, such as Casa Labra or Lhardy. Gourmets are also in luck because just around the corner from the flat is La Terraza del Casino, a two Michelin star restaurant run by internationally awarded chef Paco Roncero.

Party
Many of the city’s fashionable places are in the area, from small indie or hipster style clubs in the Calle Fuencarral and Sol areas, to terraces such as The Room, Grand&Cafe, Tartan Room, Sky Lounge, the Sabatini Gardens terrace and the Café de los Asturias.

Culture
Some of the best international museums are very close to the flat, just a 15 minute walk (or 5 minutes by taxi) is the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Bornemisza and very close to these you will find the Reina Sofia Museum. Besides that and thanks to the extraordinary location of the flat you will be surrounded by many of the most important landmarks of Madrid: the Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Palace and its gardens, the Temple of Debod, etc.
