This apartment is located just a walk from two of the best known streets in Madrid for shopping: Gran Vía and Serrano Street. If you are looking for luxury brands, such as Loewe or Cartier among others, Serrano Street will be your ideal destination. While in Gran Vía you will find large clothing franchises or somewhat more alternative brands on Fuencarral Street.

Dining

Located just 5 minutes from the famous Barrio de las Letras, its gastronomic offer is wide and very peculiar. To this is added the tranquility of being a pedestrian and traffic-free zone. Some of the best known places in the area are Café Central, where you can have a drink listening to live jazz; Vi Cool, a tavern founded by the chef Sergi Arola; or Lhardy, a historic restaurant.

The apartment is located right in the center of the famous Art Triangle of Madrid; made up of the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, we also find CaixaForum and its impressive vertical garden a few minutes away. If you are passionate about literature, you can´t miss the Barrio de las Letras and its famous phrases written in its streets. Another must see in Madrid is the Retiro Park and its Crystal Palace, and if your visit is at the end of April, don´t miss the Book Fair.
