Sierra Blanca is a boutique 5* villa set in Aloha only minutes away from Puerto Banus. It offers 8 bedrooms/7 bathrooms and 2 living/entertainment areas with an open plan kitchen. It features a unique lagoon pool which has a built in jacuzzi for 15 people a Cascade cave with a bench beneath to enjoy your cocktails in the pool and a pebble stone beach, surrounded by tropical breath-taking gardens.

Sierra Blanca is the ideal holiday villa for large groups allowing up to 18 people luxurious and spacious accommodation. Completely refurbished to a high standard, with a contemporary layout and décor and ample living and entertainment areas, the exquisite swimming pool and very central location, it is the perfect option for your holiday in Marbella.

The entrance hall with warm welcoming tones and decor takes you into the dining room or the spacious open plan lounge-kitchen area. The large kitchen is fully fitted with high quality appliances and features a built in coffee machine and a breakfast bar. There is access to the driveway and parking area to one side and to the terrace and garden on the other. The lounge features a very large TV and 3 sofas and also has a fireplace for the chilly Autumn and Winter evenings. Large glass sliding doors open to the partly covered terrace that has various sunbeds and a variety of outdoor dining and lounge furniture and a gas BBQ, and in turn leads to the gardens and exquisite pool.

There are 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The Master Suite is situated upstairs with a very large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, a walk-in closet and a private terrace. There are 2 further double bedrooms on this level.

Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a fantastic Games Room with a pool table and a projector for your cinema or gaming moments. There is also the possibility to set up beds for 2 extra people. All the rooms downstairs have large windows providing ample natural light.

The villa is gated and has an alarm system. There is a private driveway with room for several cars and covered parking for two cars. There is hot/cold air conditioning throughout, Wifi and Smart TVs with access to Netflix, YouTube, HBO, etc.

There is also the option of heating the pool for an additional € 100 per day.

What makes this villa even more ideal is its location; It is merely minutes’ walk from the Aloha strip where you will find some of Nueva Andalucía’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife which include Mosh, Kah, Tuc Tuc, Aloha Grill and Garden Bar. There is also a supermarket a little further down the road.

You will find yourself within just a few minutes’ drive to Puerto Banus, Marbella old town and Marbella’s other highlights.
Being in the most popular area of Marbella there is currently a construction ongoing in the street so at times there may be a bit of disturbance.

And for the golfers, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) Golf Clubs are all very close by.
