The open plan living room with a large L-shaped sofa, breakfast area and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the lovely terrace which has a chill-out corner and dining area (for 6) with a barbecue, all enjoying fabulous views of the pool and Mediterranean Sea. There is a retractable awning providing shade for your long lunches.

The master bedroom has a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom has a very versatile bunk bed with an extra wide single bed on the bottom and a standard single on top. The second bathroom (shared) also has a walk-in shower.

The complex enjoys a quiet environment, beautiful gardens, a large communal pool and a children’s pool. There is a parking space in the garage.

The location of our apartment is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. Puerto Banus is only 15 minutes walk away, as well as the beach. It has some restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk, along with a supermarket. The old town of Marbella is a 10 minute drive away, and you have 4 world class golf courses within a 5 minute drive (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and La Quinta).

From its convenient location in Nueva Andalucia, you have quick and easy access to many of the Costa del Sol’s coveted attractions, beaches, cutting-edge cuisine, whitewashed mountaintop villages, and much more.
