Luxurious flat located on the third floor of a historic building that has been completely restored. It is located right in the historic centre of Madrid, next to the Royal Theatre and the Opera Square and only 5 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The flat is very bright and spacious – 250 m2 – and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Let’s take a little tour of the flat.

This avant-garde design foyer welcomes guests with a beautiful sideboard where you will find all kinds of tourist information and a comfortable armchair for reading.

A MEETING SPACE
The lounge

Behind the entrance hall you will find the living room, where there are two large windows giving access to two small balconies. The dining area has an impressive oak table that seats up to 10 people. The relaxation area has a spectacular modular sofa and is equipped with state-of-the-art electronics: a 55-inch Smart TV with pay channels, a Netflix account, a PlayStation 4 (with two controllers) that can be used as a console and a Blu-Ray player.

AND A SECRET ROOM
The office

Next to the living room you will find an office that hides a little secret: an additional folding bed that allows you to use the space as both a bedroom and an office. Thanks to the modular furniture, it is very easy to change the furniture for either of the two uses of the room.

Master Bedroom A

This impressive master bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm double bed. It has a full-length mirror, large wardrobes, and a desk from which you can work. The room also has an en-suite bathroom.

About our beds

We value your rest, so all our beds are designed according to the highest standards of comfort. All mattresses are made of the latest generation of Italian viscoelastic, made with hypoallergenic materials, as well as all bed linen.

This room has a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and two large built-in wardrobes. There is plenty of natural light coming in through the window and there is an en-suite bathroom in the hallway leading to the room.

This room has two 90 x 190 cm single beds, which can be joined by removing the bedside table to form a 180 x 190 cm bed. There are built-in wardrobes where you can store your clothes and the shared bathroom is right next door.

This room has two 90 x 190 cm single beds, which can be joined together by removing the bedside table to form a 180 x 190 cm bed. There are built-in wardrobes where you can store your clothes and the shared bathroom is right next to it.

A ROOM FOR THE LITTLE ONES
Bedroom with bunk beds

Room with a youthful design perfect for the little ones. The bunk bed blocks the full opening of the window, creating a safe environment for children. The lower bed is 90 x 190 cm while the upper bed is slightly larger at 105 x 190 cm. There is an adjoining room that serves as a dressing room and an en-suite toilet.

PERFECT FOR MANY
The kitchen

The flat has a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped, including a table for breakfast or a snack. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or a meal with your family or friends: fridge and freezer, 3 ring induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Italian coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, and of course a variety of pans, pots and cutlery.

Just two blocks from the flat, the three streets: Serrano, Ortega y Gasset and Claudio Coello form a triangle known as “The Golden Mile” because of the large number of luxury shops that can be found, both national and international brands, such as Gucci, Channel, Louis Vuitton, Loewe, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Carolina Herrera or Tiffany & Co.

Dining

The gastronomic offer is unbeatable, the best restaurants in Madrid such as Ten Con Ten, Amazónico, Supermercados Quintín, El Paraguas La Maruca, and Michelin Star restaurants such as Ramón Freixa, Kabuki Wellington, Álbora or Punto Mx, just around the corner. You won’t even have to cross the corner to get to Platea, “the largest gastronomic leisure space in Europe”, with more than 600m² of leisure and Michelin-starred restaurants in the same building where the flat is located.

Most of Madrid’s trendiest places are in the neighbourhood; from restaurants that turn into nightclubs to start the night such as Fortuny, Serrano
