Casa Palo Alto is an immaculate 3-bedroom apartment with generous outdoor and indoor living spaces with incredible finishes by renowned interior designers Gunni & Trentino, and panoramic views of the Andalusian hills and the Mediterranean Sea.

Upon entering, you find the open-plan living area with a large tv and L-shaped couch, the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons and features and an American fridge/freezer (with ice and filtered water). There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a super king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a smart TV. There is access to the terrace with jacuzzi.

The second bedroom has a 160cm bed. The third bedroom is the Kids’ Room and has 2 bunk beds. *Please note that the top bunk beds are for under 12’s only*

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

The beautiful east-facing terrace overlooks the communal pool and features a jacuzzi, an outdoor lounge, a dining table for 8, and an electric grill/BBQ. There are 2 sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The views from here are outstanding… all the way down the valley to the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout, has AC with individual room controls, and is equipped with an advanced home automation and a security system.
