The dining room has a round table for 5 people with chairs in grey and blue, a console table and a modern floor lamp. The kitchen has white built-in furniture and is fully equipped with full kitchenware and all the appliances. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing sink, separate washing machine and dryer, and cupboards for cleaning implements.

Between the two bedrooms there is a very useful office space, with a small desk, chair, shelf and a white fabric armchair that can be converted into a single bed.
The entire floor has a wooden floor, except for the kitchen which is tiled with an attractive geometric design, and the bathrooms.

It is also a few minutes walk from El Retiro Park and Eva Duarte Park.

The flat is very well connected to the rest of the city as it has excellent transport links, with the Lista metro station just one block away, as well as several bus stops. It is surrounded by cafes, bars and authentic and traditional places that are part of the daily life of the Madrid resident.
