Urban Olivia with its endless ceilings is the result of a combination of tradition and renovation from materials of very urban concepts. Its style makes it very cosy and different with all the comforts of a true home (with a few surprises as well!).
This endearing spot in the heart of the city (Eixample district) lives the lively worldly life behind its double-glazed windows that isolate it from the outside noise.
It is an open space of 80 m2 almost unobstructed full of light in which each of the spaces integrate harmonically. When privacy is required however, it is as simple as closing the modular doors that separate one room from another.
Olivia offers 2 double bedrooms, both with king size beds (or 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom if required), one with ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has 2 doors, one that leads to the main bedroom, the other leads onto the kitchen/dining room area. The toilet is totally separate.
The second bedroom leads onto a bay window, ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with friends and family after a busy day discovering the beautiful city of Barcelona.
The dining room is integrated into the large kitchen which comes fully equipped and with all the necessary utensils to prepare a good dinner. In short, we take care of every last detail to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Our Urban Olivia is equipped with: TV + Apple TV, Bluetooth speakerphone, Wi-fi, safe, hairdryer, 1 steam iron/ironing board, chronotherapy in the shower, Welcome Tray (Kettel-té, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender), air conditioning, heating, washing machine/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, ceramic hob and fridge. Our rates include weekly cleaning (from Monday to Friday). Porter’s lodge from 08H to 13H – 16H to 20H (Monday – Friday).
Amenities: Bath soaps, shampoo and shower gel Bulgari.
Parking: One block away there is a public car park open 24 hours a day with security service.
Minimum stay of 32 nights – 80 m2 – 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom

Services included:
Check-in: Our friendly staff will welcome you to your flat. Check in is between 2:00 p.m. and 8 p.m. (late check in and check in on Sundays entails an extra 30 ? + VAT).
Fully equipped flats: Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning / heating, lift in the building.
Weekly cleaning: For stays of more than 7 nights, we include a cleaning (from Monday to Friday) with change of sheets and towels. If you wish an extra cleaning, this entails a fee of 60 ? + VAT for 2.5 hours and does not include change of sheets and towels (for 2-bedroom flats) and 80 ? + VAT for 3-bedroom flats for 3.5 hours and does not include change of sheets and towels.
Extra services:
Baby kit: do you have small children? Don’t worry, we can provide you with a highchair, a cot, a night light and a mash mixer. (this entails an extra charge of 90 euros + VAT).
Fitness lovers: do you want to keep fit during your visit to Barcelona? Let us introduce you to a personal trainer who will get you in shape and burn all those tapas or take advantage of the city’s local gyms.
Concierge service: take advantage of your stay in Barcelona. The concierge service will help you with tickets to attractions and events, restaurant reservations, transfers, personal chef, show cooking, personal shopper, babysitting service, luxury picnic, day trips and everything else!
