Swallow Vivaldi is a bright and spacious home with stylish, soft, neutral décor with all the modern comforts of a family home.

From the entrance, there are some stairs to dining/living area which is a split level to the second TV/Living room. To the left is the kitchen which has access to a lovely terrace/breakfast area that has views over the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and space to hang clothes and towels.

The mezzanine-level living room has a large TV and access to the covered terrace where there is an outdoor lounge area overlooking the pool, and onto La Concha Mountain. There is a further terrace area with a BBQ (charcoal).

There is one double bedroom on this level, with a queen sized bed (140cm), ensuite shower/bath, and access to the pool and terrace.

Up some stairs is the 2nd bedroom, a double with a 160cm bed and views to Alquería Golf Course. Bedroom 3 is a twin room which enjoys golf views. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a double sink.

The Master Bedroom enjoys a King-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub and a separate shower, a TV, and a private terrace with golf views.

From the front door, there are stairs down to the garage and basement area where there is a gym machine.

The Villa has wifi throughout, individual aircon units in each room and wall-mounted radiators for winter heating.

Swallow Vivaldi has the privilege of being in a private, gated urbanisation with security patrolling 24hours a day. There is also access to a Padel court.
